Terms of membership service pertaining to the trading of used ship and boat

Hangzhou　FANGJIE Information Inc.　and Kinca Technology, Inc. have the ownership  of Kinca's website "http://english.kinca.cn" and the both company keep its exclusivity. All member shall keep the terms of membership service and follow the operation policy stated on Kinca's website by Hangzhou　FANGJIE Information Inc.. and Kinca Technology, Inc.
1.	Definition of the authorized member (The Member)
The member shall mean that a person who register a menbership through Kinca's website in a proper manner. All member can see all contents and contact details listed on Kinca's website and exchange information among the Member. Also all member can list its own trading information on Kinca's website and edit and update it at any time. Non-registered visitor only can see all listed information on Kinca's website.
2.	Terms of membership service

The Member is allowed to access to all listed information on Kinca's Website.
The Member is allowed to list its own trading information on Kinca's Website and edit and update it at any time.
The Member is allowed to access to all details listed on Kinca's Website by the Member.
The Member can link its own website to Kinca's website and list a preferential advertisement on Kinca's website.
2.	Duty of The Member
The Member shall keep the designated internet protocol, program, operation policy, and any gereral rules on Kinca's website.
The Member shall keep the proper manner to list its own trading information on Kinca's website and all the information shall be correct and true.
The Member shall ensure the truth of information listed by itself, and the Member shall be legally responsible for the listed information which never infringes on any third party's right.
3.  Matters of Prohibition
The Member shall keep the member's ID and pass word strictly in confidential and is not allowed to disclose them to any third party.
The Member is not allowed to exploit Kinca's membership service to any illegal transaction.
The Member is not allowed to disturb Kinca's membership service.
The Member is not allowed to dispatch any slanderous and vulgar statement through Kinca's website.
The Member is not allowed to dispatch any reactionary idea, agitation, and unlawful information through Kinca's website.
Hangzhou　FANGJIE Information Inc.　and Kinca Technology, Inc shall have the right to eliminate any member from Kinca' s membership service who violates the matters of prohibition immediately after such event is found and reported, and the data of violation on the system can be applied to proof the event if necessary.
3.	Ownership
Kinca's website contains characters, drawings, plans, software, and various kind of member's proprietary information to provide other members with such information.
The listed information by a member sometimes contains intellectual property rights including a trademark. All member shall recognize that these rights are legally protected and agree that any such intellectual properties shall not be copied and reproduced without prior consent of its owner. A registration of Kinca's membership service shall not mean to grant any rights of such intellectual property rights . An owner of such intellectual property rights shall have a right to claim damage if such intellectual rights is infringed.
4.	Applied Law
Terms of membership service follows the law of China and it may be changed without notice according to the government. Hangzhou　FANGJIE Information Inc. and Kinca Technology, Inc. reserve the right to change the terms of membership service, if necessary, and any change shall be announced on Kinca's website in a timely manner. If a member do not accept any changed terms, a member is freely able to cancel the menbership. If a member continues to utilize the membership service without cancellation, it is considered that a member have agreed the changes. Hangzhou　FANGJIE Information Inc. and Kinca Technology, Inc reserve the right to change any content of service and cease the membership service without notice.
In this event, Hangzhou　FANGJIE Information Inc. and Kinca Technology, Inc also reserve the right of immunity from any damage on a member or any other third party that might be caused by the chage or ceasing the service.
5.	Private Information
Kinca complies with the Act for Protection of Computer Processed Personal Data Held by Administrative Organs and other relating lows and regulations based on its own Privacy Policy, and handle any private information provided by all member with scrupulous care by its computing system recognizing that is important.
